Cans For Kids

Cans for Kids is an initiative led by our Rotary club dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children in need. Through this program, we collect aluminum cans, glass bottles, and other plastic bottles for recycling, turning them into valuable resources to support various projects benefiting children.  Join us in making a positive impact through Cans for Kids.

Community Grant Projects

The Rotary Club of Decatur County has a long history of giving back to our community through our various grant projects. Our impact has been felt throughout the county, including the upgrading of the local theater, installing new bleachers and picnic tables at the Leon little league fields, and adding a bike shelter in Lamoni. We are committed to continuing our efforts to make our community a great place to live.

Renovation of 4-H Building to Decatur County Events Center

Thanks to the generous support of our donor, we are thrilled to be spearheading the major renovation of the 4H building at the fairgrounds. The project will include a new roof, remodeling of the interior, and new furniture, all aimed at improving the experience of those who use the building for years to come.
